Receive a fully customized training and nutrition plan and work with me personally to achieve your specific goal! When you purchase an online coaching package, you'll not only receive a one-time training and nutrition plan, but also personal guidance throughout the entire process. I'll provide all the necessary tools for you to make long-term progress in muscle gain, fat loss, and performance.

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE WITH ONLINE COACHING:

1. PERSONALIZED TRAINING PROGRAM:

Tailored to your current fitness level, specific goal, time availability, daily schedule, available equipment, and training style preference (gym, bodyweight, home training, etc.).

2. PERSONALIZED NUTRITION APPROACH (CUSTOMIZED CALORIES/MACROS):  

Based on your food preference, budget, time availability, food intolerances, and allergies. The main focus will be teaching you how to properly track, adjust, and consistently meet your macros based on your specific goal. Ultimately, the goal is to empower you to make your own food choices based on your daily calorie/macro requirements.

3. REGULAR PROGRESS TRACKING:

Mandatory weekly check-ins where we analyze your weight trend/average for the last week, and training progress, and make adjustments or changes to your plan if necessary.

4. FULL 24/7 SUPPORT:

You can ask me anything, anytime through your preferred messaging app (usually WhatsApp), email, or one of my social media accounts. I will respond to it with first priority at least within the first hour.
